  1. Acceptance of Terms

Alfie Therapeutics Pty Ltd and its affiliates (“Alfie,” “we,” “us”) provide access to this online ordering portal subject to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable policies referenced on this site.

Except as expressly permitted, no rights are granted to use, reproduce, or distribute any content without Alfie’s prior written consent.

Alfie grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use this site solely for lawful ordering and account management purposes. You must not copy, modify, scrape, data-mine, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the site or its content without Alfie’s express written consent. Any unauthorised use immediately terminates this licence.

  1. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. Alfie may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate accounts, refuse service, remove content, or cancel orders at any time.

  1. Regulatory Status and Intended Audience

This site is intended for use by licensed pharmacies and authorised healthcare professionals only, unless expressly stated otherwise. Certain products available through this site may be subject to Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) regulation, scheduling restrictions, supply limitations, or professional use requirements.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • you are legally authorised to order, receive, dispense, or supply any products purchased; and
  • all products are handled, stored, prescribed, dispensed, and supplied in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, and TGA requirements.

Alfie does not replace the role of healthcare professionals in determining the suitability, prescribing, dispensing, or use of any product.

By submitting content, you grant Alfie a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content. You warrant that you have the right to submit such content and agree to indemnify Alfie against any claims arising from it.

  1. Copyright Complaints

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please notify Alfie with sufficient detail to allow investigation.

  1. Risk of Loss

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of goods to the carrier, to the extent permitted by law.

  1. Third-Party Businesses

This site may reference or link to third-party businesses. Alfie does not control and is not responsible for the content, products, or services of third parties. Your dealings with third parties are at your own risk.

  1. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any non-excludable rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation. To the extent permitted by law, Alfie’s liability for breach of any consumer guarantee is limited, at Alfie’s option, to resupply of the goods or payment of the cost of resupply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this site and all products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Alfie disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alfie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of this site or any products purchased through it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this site must be resolved by confidential arbitration in Australia, except that Alfie may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or regulatory interests.

Alfie may update these Terms at any time by posting revised terms on this site. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
