Ordering Portal Registration – Required Steps

To gain access to our ordering portal, all customers must complete the following steps:

1. Complete the Registration Form

Please ensure all fields are completed accurately and in full.
Incomplete or incorrect information may delay approval.

2. Submit Prescriber Details

As part of the approval process, you must provide your current MAP and SAS-B numbers.

These can only be submitted by sending them to the below email, please specify in the email title the pharmacy or dispensary you are registering on behalf of: compliance@alfietherapeutics.com

These details are required to be held on file before ordering access can be granted.
